Millennium Hotel Glasgow

This hotel's location in the city center was excellent, right next to the train station and centrally located. We had easy access to transportation and all the shops and attractions were within walking distance. The staff gave customer service a real priority and made us feel comfortable and welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, including a sitting area and a large bathroom.

The only minor issue we encountered was that some of the hotel's employees seemed new and struggled a bit with check-in and reconciling the bill. However, this did not impact our overall experience and the manager was available to provide assistance when needed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Glasgow and had a fantastic experience as a solo female traveler. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town and close to shops, bars, and the Queens Rail station. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and had a great view overlooking George Square. The bathroom was bright and clean with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of options. I had a wonderful stay.

The room decor was a bit tired and in need of refurbishment.

The breakfast was amazing! They had a wide variety of options and everything was delicious. I especially loved the fluffy pancakes and the freshly squeezed orange juice. Another positive aspect was the cleanliness of the room. It was super clean and well-maintained, made me feel comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any queries or requests.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at a hotel in the heart of the city. The spacious room provided amazing views of the bustling square below, creating a romantic atmosphere. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, great to recharge for our adventures the next day.

The building had a wonderful mix of modern and old, giving it a unique charm. The room wasnice and neat, and we loved that the windows opened to let in fresh air. The shower was great, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city.

As young holiday goers, we loved the central location of the hotel. It was so easy to explore all of Glasgow, with plenty of attractions within walking distance.

Convenient for city tour bus stop. Impeccable customer service, friendly and prompt staff. Efficient email team. a friendly, efficient hotel in a central location.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. Situated in the heart of the city, it is just a stone's throw away from shops, restaurants, and bars. it is conveniently located next to Queen Street station, making it extremely accessible for travelers. Not to mention, the conservatory overlooking George Square offers a beautiful view while enjoying a meal or a drink. The friendly staff ensures a pleasant stay.

There was some construction noise late into the night, which disturbed our sleep.

During my recent stay at Millennium Hotel, I experienced a small hiccup with the room, but the staff's response was really good. The manager personally addressed the issue and ensured that everything was rectified promptly and efficiently. Their level of customer service was excellent.

My stay at this place was excellent! Located in the centre of the city on George square, this hotel is in a perfect area next to the train station. The service was exceptional - room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry. The room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. In addition, the dining restaurant and the continental breakfast were superb.

The staff seemed to be struggling a bit, perhaps due to some new employees. They seemed to struggle with check-in and then reconciling my bill without help from the manager.
